The New square Pizza Peels is the big brother to the Launching peel.
This has the same excellent size head but it is 2 mm aluminium and has a bevelled edge and is treated with super hard-wearing Dimonized Coating for hard wear and tanish-free use.
The 310 mm x 340mm sized Peel is combined with a 1mtr aluminium tube and can reach right to the back of your oven lifting the large pizza with ease.
This unit replaces the old 240mm x 240mm square stainless unit that was quite heavy for its size. the new Peel is light and robust.
We have some special coloured units in Gold and Blue in limited editions and the std black will be the mainstay colour.
This Model comes in two std Options a 20mm backframe which wil fit a parcel up to 16mm wide and a Wide which is 37 backframe which will fit up to 32mm Parcel
Check the height of the Parcel tray to the floor . You will need 170mm clearance minimum for the STD and 190mm min for the HD To fit the rod lock fittings to either units you will need a clearance of 80mm from the bottom of either unit.
