If you have the available space, the New Long 5 rack measures 695mm in length and accommodates up to 5 rods. For added versatility, it can be equipped with Aluminium fittings to convert it into a GHD unit.

Designed to seamlessly integrate into your boat, this rack is tailored to cater to your fishing needs, especially for soft bait and slowpitch equipment, which are becoming increasingly lighter and easily damaged if left on the floor or in the cabin.

Our Ultimate Rod Rack boasts a new multi-fit back frame, ensuring a perfect fit on various types and thicknesses of parcel trays, ranging from 3mm to 30mm. The height off the ground can be set in two sizes from manufacture ,190mm and 240mm, with a minimum requirement of 200mm from the floor.

Each rack can hold 5 rods vertically at 150mm intervals, providing unparalleled portability and flexibility. The standard back frame fits various boat models, including Stabicraft Boats, Mclay Boats, Extreme Boats, Senator Boats, Kiwikraft, Bluefin, Scorpion, Ultimate, and others with a parcel tray system less than 32mm wide.

Additionally, the rack comes with a wall bracket, enabling you to use it as a fixed rack in your garage or attached to a fence. It stands out as the most versatile rod and reel rack available on the market. Please ensure the compatibility of your aluminum boat's parcel tray fitting, which should be up to 30mm wide, before making a purchase.

Our rack serves three primary purposes. Firstly, it securely clips into your boat, ensuring tangle-free storage for your rods and reels during travel to and from the boat ramp. Secondly, while you're out on the water, it holds your rods and reels safely, protecting them from any damage. Finally, upon returning home, you can easily remove the unit and relocate it to your preferred washing spot, garage, or shed for secure storage.

The rack is designed to hold five standard-sized rods and reels and boasts quality PVC fittings with gimble pins, guaranteeing durability and long-lasting performance. We've thoughtfully arranged 5 setups with 4 full pockets and 1 with a hole, suitable for accommodating long rod handles, gaffs, or tag poles.

The frames are 100% designed and made in New Zealand, with quality padding in the back frame to assist with a snug fit,  Sea Dek backing to prevent scratches and rattles. Additionally, the rack comes with two extra paddings to ensure you can customize the fit to your specific needs.

The 5-stack unit measures approximately 695mm long x 240mm depth, with an std 34mm insert that fits over from 3-30mm max thick side pocket up or Large 44mm deep to cater for padding protection for the fitting larger pockets. The unit comes complete with neoprene rubber fittings, enabling you to set it up precisely how you want it to sit on your boat. If you need a bigger pocket, let us know, and we can make larger sections to order for a small additional cost.

Please view the photos thoroughly before purchasing to ensure the rack will fit your boat's parcel tray on each side of the inside of your boat. If you do not have pockets inside your boat, the racks can be fixed directly onto any boat, garage, or fence. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to ask for assistance.
